We are pleased to announce that the Devon Bronze Otter winner for 2022 is Jim Mawle of Willey Farm, Sticklepath. The award highlights the long term commitment to sustainable farming and wildlife conservation by the farmer.

Willey Farm has created and managed habitats, documenting this with farmland bird surveys which have recorded key species e.g. Barn Owl and Hare. The farm balances production and species protection and utilises natural resources by rain harvesting and biomass usage. One of our judges said that Willey Farm is "an exemplar of sustainable farming".
