From the Celtic earthworks of Cornwall to the chalk downlands of Dorset, the ancient hedges in the coombs of Devon to the tangled and wizened orchards spread across the Severn Vale, the signs of how we have influenced the environment are all around. We have always been deeply interconnected with the environment.
