Eve Halliday

Eve joined FWAG SW in June 2022 after completing a degree in Horticulture and Botany at the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh. Working in the east of the county, she currently provides assistance to advisers in the Devon team.

Her interests include soil health, agroecology and botanical surveys. She aims to help farmers achieve environmental and financial sustainability in their farming business.

Farm Plastic Recycling Scheme

The first FWAG Farm Plastic Recycling Scheme began in 2004 and has taken place annually ever since. The aim of the scheme is to provide farmers with a responsible, environmentally sound way to recycle plastic, preventing it from going to landfill. The scheme is simple and straight forward, with no membership fees so the farmers only pay for the plastic they bring.
