The new deadline for submitting your application is now 15^th September 2023. The previous agreed deadline was today, Friday 18^th August 2023.

See below communication from RPA, sent to all customers at the end of this week: 

This extension is in response to feedback following issues experienced by some customers in making their applications. This ensures that our customers and land agents have ample time to submit their applications for CS agreements to start from 1^st January 2024.
 
Before an online application is started you must make sure your land and personal details are up to date. By doing this you can see in advance the land you can put into different options within your CS Mid Tier application. If you are eligible this will help you to get an agreement more quickly.
 
If you are waiting on your RLE1 being actioned, or the outcome of an intention to move from ES to CS form, we will notify you once complete.
 
You can then submit your CS application. We ask that you do this promptly.
