Waterbody description The Brook rises east of Meysey Hampton flowing south between Whelford and Kempsford. It joins the River Coln near Bowmoor Lake. The geology is mainly made up of Oxford clay which is a mudstone formed during the Jurassic Period 157 million years ago.
